SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
Program Description
The Mega Design & Build SMS messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked an appointment through our website or scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Consent is collected via a dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox on our web forms.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Simply text STOP to the number that sent you messages. Upon sending STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages to you.

Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
